• Log onto https://www.gsaadvantage.gov.
• Log in your user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID and password, click on “click here to assign a user ID and password”. Enter in all your organization’s information. When done click on “register”.
• After entering your user ID and password, enter the contract number “GS-14F-0177D” in the search field. This will show all items under this contract. You may enter the item number in the search field if it is available (the item number must be exact or it may not appear on your screen). We use the item numbers in our catalog. Example: Sanford item number 60102, should be entered as SAN60102.
• After the item or items are displayed on your screen you will need to find the item associated with the George W. Allen Co., Inc. and enter in the quantity of your choice and add it to your cart.
• When you complete your order and are ready to check out, there will be a message “George W. Allen Co. has multiple shipping addresses”. Click on the purchase order number and then select Reidsville’s Office City to ship and bill your order.
• Your order is automatically routed to the company/dealer of your choice.
